Our little girl will be here in 74 days! and yes, I did just count the days!! Wow! It seems like all the weeks have come and gone and now I'm sitting her and it's almost the first of February. Yikes!
Recent News:: My parents and my 2 youngest siblings moved down to Santa Clara where my dad found a new job and I can't tell you how fun it has been to have family so close. We have almost spent every weekend there it seems like.
Justin is taking 19 credits this semester and boy oh boy is he busy. Most of our time together is when we are about to go to sleep or I get to sit next to him and he'll read and teach me everything he is learning in his classes. This is such a big load, but after this crazy semester he only has a total of 24 credits left until he receives his bachelors of science and then we are off to physical therapy school!! :) He recently was hired on to Chrysalis which, as a lot of you know, is like a watch center for handicap and disabled men and women. He will start this shortly and I hope it fits right in with his pretty full schedule.
I am only taking 7 credits... pathetic right? hahaha In my defense, I could only find 3 teachers who were willing to work with me because I am due 2 weeks before finals week. So none of these teachers have a test during finals week and if they have a final assignment or something they are letting me turn it in early and won't penalize me if I go into labor sooner then what is expected. The small load has been nice since I have had the chance to pick up more work hours and it hasn't become overwhelming at all which has been very nice for me. :) I'm trying to stay stress free:goal:
Zoey has been so spoiled and she doesn't even know it yet. This little girl is the first granddaughter and niece on both sides of the family so I think it's fair to assume that it may only get worse once she gets here.
Grandma and Grandpa Wall gave her a blanket, and a very cute carters outfit and a car seat and stroller are on the way also. (best grandparents any child could ask for)
Uncle Shawn got her some candy smokes and a binky that has buck teeth on the front to make her look like a hillbilly.- in honors of her father I'm assuming.
Great grandma & grandpa Adamson got her two different outfits (onsies) to wear. pink and teal. They are really cute.
Aunt Jana and Uncle Spencer got her two of the cutest little headbands. one pink and one that is white: lace with a flower :)
Her Daddy got her 2 pairs of Nike booties, baby fingernail clippers with a file, a small bath tube, a Winne the Pooh piggy bank, little baby hangers, a crib and a changing table. a bright pink and orange giraffe blanket.
Friend from work got her her first sippy cup with her name on it in sparkle letters.
I have 2 baby showers set up at this point so I'm sure more items will come her way-Spoiled right??
One of the biggest gifts that she received was 5 garbage bags FULL of clothes!!
Our friends Sifa and Toni gave us soooo many clothes. She has clothes from 0-24 months old. They are so stinking cute!! I will post some pictures of some of my favorites on her page. SPOILED!! :) -but she really needs and deserves it so I don't mind it at all.
We attended our first pregnancy class at the hospital last week on Wednesday. This is a six week course and so far it seems to be very informational. We toured the hospital in the labor/delivery and recovery rooms which was really nice to look and see where I will be when I go into labor. Calmed me a lot. :)
She kicks and stretches and moves all the time. I love it :)
That's all from us for now! Loveyouall.
